Hello Jeana,

In Creative Text v1 you can go to the "Colors" tab from the component inspector and you can select the color of the text from there.

In Creative Text v2 you must be inside the interface under the "Text" tab. Inside the input text field you can select the text and then just use the color picker bellow. After you've made the change you must hit the "Embed fonts " button above the textfield.
