I had to reinstall windows in my machine and still have the corrupted windows which would no longer start in the second drive as additional storage and also to copy all my documents over.
When I went to reinstall the Image Show and the Menu Combo Pack, both gave me a validation error.
Do I need to click on rest license in my account?
Also, I cant download my Creative TxtFX, the downlaod gives an error in my account and says to contact suuport to get download.
I have licenses for all 3 products and have only installed them once in the same machine.
I am now running DW CS3, and Flash CS3, that would not be a problem would it??

Hello Mario,

I've sent you an email about this but i will write to you here too, maybe it will help other in the future.

After you reinstall dreamweaver or you want to use the component on another computer, you need to reset your license code. You can do that by pressing the "reset" button from your account.

The Creative TextFX problem has been resolved. We had a problem with our database that prevented the downloads. Now everything it's ok.
