I just bought v1 in error I think -- Flash CS4 isn't picking up these components -- can you instruct me on how to get v2 without having to pay for this all over again?

I have reformatted and reinstall my laptop recently including my apps e.g. Adobe Extensions(MovieFx, TextFx, CSS Flexi Panels, etc..) which i bought online via extendstudio.

However, there is a problem registering my license Flash CS4 extensions as shown in the attached file.

Pls help and advise the needful to resolve the issue on my side. Another question is how to fix if after installation of Flash Text Fx, i go to Window --> Components, the Flash Text Fx dont appear, but i can see in Extension Manager the component was successfully installed.

Hello,

We've answered this question by email but we will add here the reply so it can be seen by anybody else that might have the same problem.

You need to use the serial number from the Flash FX license.

Flash FX package contains Creative MovieFX v2 and Creative TextFX v2. Those components you are trying to register.
