I have a movie that I created using AS2. After installing component, I changed the movie setting to AS3. My text does not show up upon export I get the following error:

ReferenceError: Error #1065: Variable CameraDepthEffect is not defined.
at global/flash.utils::getDefinitionByName()
at xtd.textFX_v2::TextFXMain()
at xtd.textFX_v2::ComponentTextFX/enterFrame()

Not sure if that is related, but I am thinking that is because I created the movie in AS2 than converted to AS3. I did a test in a movie that was originally created in AS3 and it worked great, so I am guessing the conversion is the problem.

So, does anyone know of a way to make it work in an AS3 file that has been converted? I have spend tonts of time on the file and would hate to start from scratch...Thanks!

Could you please send me the FLA by email to support at extendstudio.com? Tried to reproduce what you said but for me it worked. So, probably the problem is somewhere else.
