Hi guys, rnrnjust downloaded the trial of Creative TextFX v2 and installed it as described in the manual (both, v2 and v1). Adobe extension manager confirmed that the extensions have been installed successfully and they're showing up in the list and are active.rnrnUnfortunately, I can't see the extensions listed in component window in Flash CS4. I tried both, a AS2 and AS3 file. Also tried to install just one of the extension v1 or v2. rnrnAny idea why the components are not showing up in Flash CS4 on OS X?rnrnThanks.rn

Hello,

It is possible that the Extension Manager installed them inside the configuration folder of a different user or language.

You can find the location of Flash configuration folder here: http://www.adobe.com/livedocs/flash/9.0/UsingFlash/help.html?content=WS0B99A5DF-ECEA-43e4-936B-06AAC715AE63.html

That file is for CS 3, but the same paths apply for CS 4.

Check those folders on different user accounts and search for a folder called "Extend". If you find it inside the folder of a different user, copy it on your user as well. After you copy the Extend folder, check the configuration folder again for a folder called "Components". Copy its content on your user as well.

Tell me if you need more help with this.
