I am trying to reinstall Creative Text 2 on my Mac Pro (Snow leopard). I had it installed before my upgrade.
Reinstalling it I get an error 661 message. Tried to Reset on my account. No luck.
What do I need to get this to accept my registration #?
Thanks!

While you are at it, just tried to install my Movie FX 2 and same thing happens, error 661.
So do you need to update all my product serial #s to work? I have bought several products that are presently not installed at this time.
I'll need to be able to uninstall and reinstall extensions as needed so am a little concerned here.
Thanks much

OK, solved this myself.
Apparently, the SNs I have for Creative Text and Movie FX are only for versions 1.
The right SN is for Creative Flash FX. You may want to relabel that so other users realize it is for version 2. Just a suggestion. So Creative Flash FX (Creative Text 2 and Movie FX 2). I noticed someone else was confused.
Sorry for the trouble.

Hello,
You are right Steven. We will try to relabel the license or maybe put some extra explanatory text.
Jayson, you can register the v2 using the Flash FX package license. The same serial number works for both AS 3 components.
