Hi,
I've purchased the creative textfx v2, i finished downloaded the zip file but unable to unzip it. It says "creative_textfx_v2.zip: Either multipart or corrupt ZIP archive"
Please advise as I needed the component to complete my project urgently. Thank you in advance.

Hello,
That error means that the downloaded did not finish up properly.. Here's an alternate link from where you can download the package: http://www.extendstudio.com/product_assets/support_files/creative_textfx_v2.zip
Please confirm if you manage to install.

Hello Support,
I just bought the Flash FX bundle and install the component, but when i tried to drag the component in the panel in my Flash CS4, nothing happens. No registration steps. no changes in the screen....
Here are the steps taken;
1) Download the link below;
2) Unzip the Creative_FlashFX. In this folder, there are 4 folders;
Creative MovieFX v1, Creative MovieFX v2, Creative TextFX v1, Creative TextFX v2
3) Install one-by-one using Extension Manager
4) Open Flash CS4.
5) Click Window --> Other Panels --> Text FX v2 component.
5) Show --> Component. Drag the Text Fx V2 icon to the Panel. Nothing happens.!!!!
6) Also, ive noticed, i installed 4 components in Extension Manager, however only 2 is shown the Component list.
PLEASE HELP.

Hello,
You need to drag the TextFX v2 component to the stage not inside the panel. After you do this, select the component from the stage and open the panel for editing.
Also, you can see only two components because you've opened an AS 3 document. In order to see MovieFX v1 and TextFX v1 you need to create/open an AS 2 document.
