I know I saw it once but, had a look in documents and FAQ but I can't find it. Being a freelancer I use three macs so I need to be able to use it on either.rnCheersrnAndy

OK, found the info
- Go to www.extendstudio.com and login to your Extend account.
- In the top menu, go to the “Account>My Products” section.
- Click on the Reset corresponding button.
- Install/Reinstall the component, register and enjoy!
BUT, when I log into my account it only shows my orders (which shows I have none) and user settings. No 'products' link. So I'm here at work but unable to carry on with my project. Hopefully there is an answer, or I'll lose a days work :-(

Hi Andy,
We intend to change a little bit our licensing system in the near future and give our users the possibility to use the same license on two computers. Because this change is not ready yet, I will give you a second license for your product.
In order to register your product again after reinstall or on another computer you need to reset your license first. To do that, click on the "My account" link above and then on the correspondent "reset license" button.

Hi,
Yes, you have an account on this email address.
But you probably inserted a different email address when you filled the order for the product. Check the receipt and try to login using that email address.
