I ahve been trying for several days to download the trial to Flexi CSS Layouts but the downlaod link will not work in ie9 or Firefox 4. Can you resolve this?

Both the download trial button link doesn't start the download nor the "click here" if the download doesn't start link doesn't work. The click here is the http://flexi_css_layouts.s3.amazonaws.com/FlexiCSSLayouts_1_1_284.zip

Is there anything that can block the downloading process, like an antivirus or smth?
Have you tried to download it with another browser?
