Hello Debra,
I see that you already have two Creative Flash FX licenses in your account. Creative Flash FX contains the components MovieFX v2 and TextFX v2.
You need to download that package, extract the files from the archive and then install the MXP files for MovieFX v2 and TextFX v2.
After you've installed them, start Flash and open an Actionscript 3 document.
