Hi,
I have just bought moviefx only to find what I consider a bug.
I am able to create a compiled flash swf - but after I have saved the fla and run it again I get class not found errors. I have even managed to reproduce this using one of the sample applications.
1. Open Sample app.
2. Run Test Movie
3. Choose Save As
4. Save file in different directory
5. Run Test Movie
- Error.
If I save the files in the installation directory then all works fine. Is there a directory that needs to be added to the classpath?
I have sent an email to support for this - but have recieved no reply.so am trying here.
I would appreciate a quick reply on this...at the moment the 'product' is useless to me and at this price it is a very expensive useless.

Hello Peter,
In order to help you I will need a few things from you:
1. I need a file that is causing the problem
2. What version of FLASH are you using and what OS
3. A screenshot with the error
Also please download and install the latest version of the component which has been released on 13.10.2007.

Hello Catalin,
I have replied to your email - I had already provided the detail you have just asked for - including a full recording of the problem happening.
As I mentioned in my reply email, I have resolved this myself by deleteing various files until it worked, I do not know why this happened - but in my opinion it is a bug. If I find out why it happened I will let you know.

At line 423 of file "/Users/IAN/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Flash CS5/en_US/Configuration/Extend/Scroller AS3/utils.jsfl":
TypeError: fl.getDocumentDOM().library.items[myIndex] has no properties
Using the Creative Scroller AS3 I get very weird errors.. it worked for a while and now every time I try making changes in the component panel all the info has reverted to "virgin state".. meaning the target field is empty etc.. all the buttons have reverted to their default without me doing anything to them.. I tried starting from scratch a few times.. to no avail... it keeps doing it.. Even when I save my file... so I saved a previous version where things worked but I'm very confused as to what is wrong here with your utils.jsfl... I even reinstalled the plugin...
PLEASE FIX THIS.. major bug it seems to me !!!!!! H EL P !

Oki.. sorry about this !
I figured it out... I had moved my component into another layer for my liquid layout and renamed etc.. and it got confused with the CONFIGMC_.. needed for it..
So I started over (deleted all CONFIGMC's) with the component and sliders in the right layers.. and now everything is working..
I do have another question but Ill start a thread for it..
So pretend I never posted the previous message ;-) Since it works fine now.
