I purchased the TextFX and MovieFX about 10 days ago and was unable to activate the software due to error code 661. Felt more like error code 666. Yesterday I scheduled a desktop session with the support tech and the problem turned out to be that I was mistakenly copying the serial number from the wrong product. This sounds like it should be dummy proof but the installation instructions were cloudy. If faked me out and my IQ is about 100. :) Anyhow, it took far too long to resolve the problem but it was my mistake.
