Hi, I've just purchased Creative MovieFX using 2CO, and at the end of the transaction, I got an error page. However, I've received an email from 2CO stating that my payment has been made, yet when I log into my account on the Extend website, there are no products listed in the "My Products" section, and I've not received any emails from Extend to confirm that my purchase has been completed.
I've emailed support about this, and would appreciate a speed response as I'm up against a deadline!

Hello, I purchased the DW menu bundle pack and received an email stating that the transaction went through, however, I have not recieved any email with download links, or the products in my account. I have emailed sales and support about this. I have an order number but will not post it on a public forum. Can someone please help fix this?

First of all I would like to apologize for the inconveniences caused by this issue. We have been experiencing some issues with our server, and this is why the order was not processed correctly.
We have taken care of this issue; you can find the product you have purchased in your account. In order to get the product, you have to log into your account on our website, go to Account > My Products, and you will find the products and the serial numbers for them there.

David-
Please let me know if they cleared this up for you, as I am about to go through the same process and they for some reason do not reply to emails in a timely or accurate fashion. (Yes I know they are in Romania, and the clock is different, but it is hours not a week different)
I would like to know if this has been resolved with you, so I can know what to expect.

We have answered your questions in a reasonable amount of time (maximum 48 hours 2 business days). This morning we have written you an email proposing the desktop sharing. We are waiting for your reply on this matter.
Some problems cannot be reproduced here. They only occur to a few users, this is why we need the desktop sharing session. The decision whether to participate in this desktop sharing session or not is up to each user.

Communicate. I guarentee you do not answer this post right either.
Tell me a time to communicate with you and I will. Stop sending emails or posts stating that you will do that. You have done that with me for 2 weeks. Reading through these posts it seems you have done this to pretty much everyone the same way.
Your site states a willingness to communicate and resolve issues. You are not even attempting to discuss mine back and forth.
I need to set this thing up. State a time to communicate and I will gladly do so. Do not send me an email or post with an apology letter- just tell me when and how to communicate with you. (For the rest of you who see this post- I guarentee the next post is an apology still with no specific way to communicate or when.)

I apologize for bothering you. I am having a communication issue and am trying to get matters resolved with Extend Studio. Did they ever resolve your issue?

Hi,
I have installed the demo versions for Image Effects And Image Show Pro in DW V8
When trying to save anything created in either programs interface I get this DW message:
" Making this change would require changing the code that is locked by a template or translator. The change wil be dicarded"
I am inserting in an editable region of my template
Not able to use?
