I purchased the Creative DW Rich Media Pack Pro and it worked when I installed it the first time but when I starting having problems with Dreamweaver today and had to reinstall Dreamweaver, I had to reinstall your program after and now it won't accept the license #. What do I do now?

Hello,

When you reinstall the extension you need to reset the license first and then register it again to your installation. Login to our website, go to your account and press the correspondent Reset license button. For more info please follow this link:
