Hi.... 8-15-11rnrnJust Bought this Package Creative FX Bundle...rnrnA little disappointed... as I did not Find...rnrn1> a Twist Text Effect in it...rnrn2> A Complete PDF ...Manual to View ALL Documentation with...rnrn3> I have a Project and CAN NOT rnrnGet The ....rnrnCTRL + F7 to Show Extend - ComponentsrnrnI do see the Other Panels with the Two Add Extensions there....rnrn***********rnrnI only see them when I start a New Project as,,,described in Your Getting Started....rnrnWhy Can't I get them in My Project...???rnrnYou should be able to Use them in An Existing Project....??rnrn4> No yTube Tutorials in REAL TIME.... or SWF Tutorials on Your Site...????rnrn5> No Re-Set ....All ... to Default ..... Hello,
I will try to give an answer each of your points. If you don't want to use the product anymore we can give you a refund based on our 30-day money back guarantee policy.
1. Our preset effects gallery although pretty large it is limited. We tried to include effects that we're popular at the time the component we developed the component. So, it is normal that there are some effects that are not available in our presets list. However, all the effects are fully editable and you can use the parameters to get the exact look that you are looking for. You can check all the effects that we included in the product on our website on this page: http://www.extendstudio.com/gallery/gallery-tfxv2/
2. You can find the complete manual of our component here: http://www.extendstudio.com/documentation/creative-textfx-v2/documentation/
3. The TextFX v2 and MovieFX v2 components are ActionScript 3 components. If your project was developed in ActionScript 2 the components won't appear in the list as they can't be used in an ActionScript 2 document.
4. We are substantially lacking video tutorials for our products. This is something that we are working to improve and hopefully we will be able to add at least one video tutorial or presentation for each product.
5. By switching from an effect to another without saving the settings it should reset all the parameters to the default value from the preset.
