I ordered the Creative DW Rich Media Pack Pro which is supposed to have Image Show Pro, Image Effects and Vertical Menu. All I was sent was a link for Image Show Pro and cannot figure out how to get the other two programs.

For some reason I'm receiving emails about my order at two different email addresses. I ordered this package for my office. I tried using an AMEX company card but it wasn't working and said the order wasn't placed. I used diversifiedcredit @ sbcglobal.net for that attempt. I then used my personal Pay Pal account and bought the package. I changed all of my user info to my personal info including the email. The order number is 10109077 I hope that I wasn't charged twice for the programs. In the diversifiedcredit email, I received an email for a Trial Version of the Menus. Is this what I'm supposed to download?
