Have restored computer and guess what demo mode for all products, and hey, my serial is already in use

See Two things-
1-Make sure your serial confirmation is not stupid and recognises same computer after install / uninstall etc.
2-Not inteligient enough for your serial auto confirmation, no worries, create if - and - not scenarious as you would on code andmake sure do not waste peoples time. Can not do, no problem, keep your serial software well hidden , cancel our serials and give full refund now.
Thank you for stealing my time and energy, please be drained and lose time as you cause to us.
Waiting your reply for further waste of time- and if this is 2 be repeated I REPEAT CANCEL ALL SERIALS AND REFUND NOW.

Hello Darren,
In order to register another installation of the extension with the same serial number you have to reset it first.
You can reset the serial number from your account on extendstudio.com by pressing the reset license button.
The process doesn't take more than 2 minutes and you won't be asked to register the extension unless you reinstall/restore the system again.
When you do a system restore, all the settings for the user profile on your operating system are lost.
That's why you are required to register the extensions again. The files used by our license system were deleted by the system restore.

The process is a pain , you are selling your products supposed to make it easier for their tasks with less time taking.
Lets come to real Planet Earth,,
Here we do not keep our password to log on to account to reset password at hand - we don't like to be connected to Internet all the time and can give you another 50 reasons if you like ??
On the window it states error , why and why you do not have the reset button there and than??????????, this would cancel the working of previous installation and YOU can KNOW ONLY ONE LICENSE USED BY ONE PERSON AT ONE TIME - machines go to rubbish, changed, updated , have another 100 on list to add if you like ?? so somebody logging on to program and you feel oh they are stealing my dear program, well cancel by auto the previous installation have the license number reset button there and than - with enough intellect you can do it, by the way ask their email or something people do not walk with their passwords on their forehead.
Now that you know, we are going back to our Planet where everyone is different but equal - they do not suck on the weak or creates opposites to bounce good to bad, day to night and all that crap.
Have a nice day, and consider others as if they are you,,may stop you sinking in to the matter of prison of mind.

Hello again,
The licensing system is no different from other online systems used by other software programs. Your serial number is available at all times in your account on our website along with download link for the latest version of the product.
In case you forgot the password for your account it's easy to retrieve it by pressing the "forgot password" button. A standard feature found on all websites that need account authentication.
The trend is to spend more and more time online and have everything available for you and up to date. Nevertheless, you are not required to be connected to the internet at all times when using the extension, just when you register it so it can communicate with our server. So you can use the extension offline if you want.
Our licensing system is built this way mainly to prevent fraud and license stealing. Your solution to reset the serial number automatically when somebody tries to use it's not a good option because anybody could use your serial number in that situation. We need to be sure that the person that wants to reset the serial number is the actual owner of the license. If not, anybody could brute force the serial number field and use the serial number of one of our clients.
