Hi,

I purchased Flexi CSS PRO pack a couple of hours ago. I received a confirmation from the card processor that the payment was accepted.

However your site never asked me register or login to make the purchase. I made the purchase without an account on your system.

Now I have no download link and no way to access the product I paid for without your help. I sent mail to your support email account and so far I have no response from you.

Can you please send a response to the email on this account (the one I'm posting with here) so this can be straightened out.

Hello Josh,

Sorry for no reply until now but we are on different time zones and your mail came outside of our working hours.

An account has been created on our website with the email address you've used during purchasing. The license you've purchased has been added to that account.

I've sent you an email with the information for your account. Login on our website with the info from the email and you will be automatically to your products page from where you can get your serial number and download the product.

You should've received an email with this information automatically after purchase on the email used in the order. It probably got in the spam folder or blocked.
