Hi, I originally purchased Creative Flash FX while I was still using Flash CS4, but now am using CS5 and I tried installing the component, but it said that the serial was already in use. Can you help me release it from CS4 and install in CS5?

Hello,
You need to reset the serial number before you can use to register another installation. Go to your account on our website and press on the "reset license" button next to the Flash FX serial number.

Hi Andrei,
Thanks for getting back to me. I think that may be where the issue is. When I go into my account the orders list is blank and below are images and descriptions of products I have purchased, but there is a buy now button. If it helps I originally purchased Creative FX on 3/21/10 and my order number was 548. Thanks again for your help.
