Hi,
I emailed you guys over a week ago to discuss a refund for the products I purchased (as the products do not fit my needs). Although you responded to my initial email I have had absolutely NO communication from you since despite sending FIVE emails to resolve this.
I am STILL waiting for a reply to my email from NINE days ago.
Please reply either here, or by email ASAP
Regards
Rich

Hello Rich,
Sorry for the delay. It takes some time to process a refund and we also had an Easter vacation. I was told by our sales department that they've sent you an email today.
Regards,

I just purchased the Dreamweaver CSS Pack PRO - Single-user unlimited license for $175 USD. I did not know Dreamweaver 9 (CS3) was a requirement, as that was not stated in the promotional information. I have an older version of Dreamweaver and am unable to utilize this software. What do I need to do to process a refund?
Thanks,
Susan

I just upgraded to the Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 in order to use the design advantages and clean code of HTML5. Three days ago I purchased your Flexi CSS layouts for Dreamweaver, your DW Vertical Menu, and your Creative DW Rich Media Pack PRO three days ago on 6/15.
Your download, unpacking, and installation instructions were followed exactly. The flexi CSS layouts (after the third repeat of this process) were finally accessible from within Dreamweaver. However, althougth the menu and media pack show in the extension manager as installed and enabled -- they do not show up on the insert drop-down, and cannot be accessed or opened. Furthermore, after installing them, when I go into the Extension Manager my computer hangs up and crashes.
Additionally, the CSS layouts could not be used with HTML5 as the codes were not recognized when I attempted to validate the page created with it, the "55 templates" were really only 6 simplistic designs repeated in numerous color schemes and more trouble than they would be worth to attempt to modify, and any attempts to edit were incredibly cumbersome. I bought the software to save time -- but ended up wasting an incredible amount of time.
Your site did not say that the software was not compatible with HTML5. As that is what I am using and the CSS could not be made to comply with that, it does not meet my needs, and the other two being non-assessible in DW 5.5 -- the software is useless to me. I have removed all three programs from my computer, and since doing the Extension Manager is functioning properly.
Please issue a refund for the purchase of these 3 products.

Hello,
When Flexi CSS Layouts was developed and released HTML5 was still in the early stages. HTML5 mark-up language is still under development. However, we do have plans to make Flexi CSS Layouts our other products work with HTML5.
All Dreamweaver extensions can be accessed from the "Insert bar" in Dreamweaver. Not the "insert" drop-down from the top menu. To open the insert bar you can press CTRL+F2 or go to "Window->Insert bar".
You can find here where the extensions are located inside the Dreamweaver UI: http://www.extendstudio.com/documentation/creative-dw-image-show-pro/documentation/installation_notes-ImageshowPro.html
It's strange that your Extension Manager started hang up after the installation. This started immediately after you installed all three extensions? Or after you tried to re-install them multiple times?
I will send you an email regarding your refund request.
Kind regards,
Andrei Rinciog
