Hello Donna,
You need to install the full version of the extension using the full version MXP package. You can download it from your account on our website.
Also, in your account page you can find the serial number that you can use to register the extension.
You don't have to rebuild the Image Show. Just install the full version and then edit the show and it will be automatically updated.
