The installation seemed to go according to form, but in the end the flexi tab does not show up in the insert panel?

When I installed the demo the installer came in a foreign language. I'm not sure if it worked, if I missed a step etc. Is there a way to change it? Also, if I buy the full version will it be in English?

Hello,
The extension is installed using Adobe's Extension Manager. Have you installed Dreamweaver and the Creative Suite in a different language? Our interface and tutorials are all in English.
