Hi Monica or Horea or anyone else who I see is answering posts on here.
I've put 2 posts up on the TextFX support area asking either for help or a refund for my issue with TextFX. I'm actually one of the easy to deal with customers who doesn't give people a hard time when there are issues, I know that problems can arise, but I really would appreciate some kind of acknowledgement that you guys are looking into my issue. I've sent the Flash file, emailed, posted and everything and I've got nothing back so I have no idea where this issue is with regards to solution.
The MovieFX is working just fine, so it's only the TextFX problem I need resolved.
If you feel this is something that won't be able to be solved, can we please organize a refund?
I would greatly appreciate a response of some kind regarding this issue.
