I bought the product in November used it fine and didn't use it again till now. I'm getting the 'license isn't valid' message, however when I try to re register it gives me the 202 error message. Any suggestions? kerry

Hi Kerry,
Error 202 means you are using the wrong license. Make sure it's the license for the product you have installed (if you have doubts, contact us at support(at)extendstudio.com

I do have the correct license for the rich media pro and I know that image show pro is part of the rich media pack pro I bought. However it could be the demo version of image show pro, that I initially downloaded, interfering.
I don't see any uninstall instructions. A little help? kerry

Hello Kerry,
To uninstall the extension you need to open the Extension Manager and click on the remove button next to the extension.
