Hi I just upgraded to the latest version of Creative DW Menus. Every time I try to use it now in Dreamweaver CS4 I get an Installation Note prompting me to do the following: Please close Dreamweaver and delete the FileCache file before using Creative DW Menus.
I follow the path it sends me to and delete the FileCache only to open the program up and be prompted to do the same thing over again.
I tried removing the extension and reinstalling the extension. But I keep getting this same prompt.
HELP !!!

Hi Yvonne,
The pop-up will continue to appear until you click on don't show this again checkbox at the bottom of the pop-up. You should check this for all 3 menu types (vertical/tabbed/dropdown)

I have had the same problem & followed the instructions re; checking the don't show again button. That works, however, once the application opens, it crashes Dreamweaver and I get the following: Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGBUS)
Exception Codes: KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE at 0x000000000000013c
Crashed Thread: 0 Dispatch queue: com.apple.main-thread

Hello Greg,
What version of dreamweaver and what operating system are you using? If you could tell us what you did step by step it would be great. Have you indeed deleted the cache file?
