Presets are predefined configurations that can be applied to your charts in order to enhance their appearance. In other words, presets are themes which are meant to impart a distinct look and feel to your chart. FusionCharts for Dreamweaver offers three types of presets:

• Chart Presets: Using 'Chart Presets' you can configure great looking charts with ease. FusionCharts for DW offers many predefined 'Chart Presets' that configure various elements of your chart to create a thematic look.

• Style Presets: FusionCharts for DW offers five 'Style Presets', which control the effects and animation of the chart elements.
• Color Scheme Presets: Using 'Color Scheme' preset you can set attractive themes for the chart canvas and the elements contained within it.

Applying Presets

The 'Chart Options' screen contains three preset buttons - one for each type of preset. In order to apply a preset all you have to do is click on the button for the type of preset that you want to apply, and select a desired option from the drop down list. So, if you want to apply a 'Style Preset' - just click on the 'Style Preset' button and select an option from the resulting drop down list. You can use the 'Open Preview' button to check out the appearance of your chart after you have applied the preset.
