Rollover effects

The rollover effects are effects which are mouse-behavior-sensitive – they start running on a mouse event – onRollover.

The first thing you need to do to add a dynamic effect is to select the effect from the corresponding drop-down list.

Next, in order to configure the effect, you can select a predefined preset or manually adjust the effect parameters (in the Effect Parameter section of the interface) until reaching the desired configuration; once an acceptable configuration is set, you can save it for later use.

The effect’s duration can be configured by inserted the number of frames in the Duration text field. Adjacent to the Duration text field, there is a Boolean option labeled “Load Preset Duration”; if enabled, the effect will use the duration of the preset, discarding any values of the duration parameter.

The effect motion can be set using the two drop-down lists labeled “Motion type” and “Easing type”.

The available rollover effects are Blur and Fade and they will be described in the following sections of the documentation.

The configured rollover effect can be saved as a preset using the Save As Preset button; the presets section of the interface, described in a different chapter of the documentation, can be accessed by clicking on the Manage Presets button.
