After we created a simple movie effect and we personalized it, I think it's a good idea to use Creative MovieFX to create a full-custom effect.

1. This tutorial assumes that you have installed the extension in Flash; if not, visit our tutorial „How to install an extension”.
2. Open Flash and create a new file – let's say one that uses Action Script 2.0. Set-up the frame rate at 35 frames per second (you can do that from the document properties).

3. For this tutorial, as you're probably used by now, I'll use my previously created symbol „box”. You can use it as well if you like (you can find it in the library of the attached ".fla" file), or create your own symbol.
4. Drag an instance of the symbol on the stage and then drag Creative MovieFX over it.
5. Let's open The Component Inspector and choose from the General tab of the Creative MovieFX's General panel category Custom and also, effect Custom.
6.Change the duration to 70 so that it will last 2 seconds. 5.I chose from Effect Details, Custom order – Spiral in CW; all the rest of the parameters I left the way they are. In the next screen-shots I will show you how I set-up the effect and what the result should be.

6. Click on CTRL+ENTER to preview your movie. You should see something that looks like this:
