Where to find the extension in Dreamweaver
Extend Studio products are available in the Insert Window in Dreamweaver. Press CTRL+F2 to display the Insert Window.
If the Insert Window is displayed as Tabs below the main Dreamweaver menu
The Extend products should appear on the right side of the Tabs

If the Insert Window is displayed as Floating Panel
Locate the Insert floating panel (should be on the left or right of the working area, depending on the Workspace settings: developer, designer etc)
Click on the "Common" drop-down - marked with a down arrow:

The Extend Studio products should appear in the pop-up list.
Extend Studio products
I got an error message when I tried registering Creative Menu Pack. What do I do?
The error message could be due to many different reasons - choose a solution from the list (below) which corresponds to the error code displayed on your screen.
- 001
- Cause: The problem may occur if you don’t have an internet connection when you try to register the product or your firewall is stopping the communication with the registration server.
- Resolution:
- Check your internet connection and make sure that it is working
- Check your firewall settings and make sure that is allowing the extension to communicate with the registration server
- 201
- Cause: The issue appears when you are trying to use the license on second computer or ting to reinstall the extension. Please note that the license is a one user/one device and cannot be used simultaneously on two devices.
- Resolution:
- In order to transfer the license from one computer to another you have to reset the serial number, to do that you have to:
- Login to you Extend account
- After that go to Account> My products
- Click on the correspondent Reset Key button
- Now you can install the product on the new device
- Note: Because it's a one use/one device license the product will not work anymore on the first computer when you transferred the license.
- 202
- Cause: The problem may occur if you trying to use a wrong license key.
- Resolution:
- Use the correct license key that was provided to you, via email, when you bought the product.
- Note: The license key also be found on www.extenstudio.com under My Products from the Account section ( please login in order to view you products details)
