Usually, when we create something that we like, we would like to use it again. This is when Save-and-Load = Reuse comes in handy. We just have to give a name to our skin configuration, click Save and then, when we want to reuse it, just select it from the list and click Load. If, after some time, we don't need the configuration anymore, we can just Delete it.

Actually, this is such a simple panel that the contextual help is more than enough to understand all the options. Nevertheless I will try to make a useful cycle of this tab. Firstly we enter the name we want in the text box and we click the “Save” button (we can do this step repeatedly, for every configuration we want to save). Than we select a preset from the drop-down list and we click the “Load” button. Finally, when we don't need a preset anymore, we select it from the list and than click “Delete” (careful with this button, you might delete something important!).
