Actually, this section contains two sub-sections, Shape Enhancements and Background Enhancements. In the first one you can add four effects on your image show – Border, Shadow, Round Corners and Glossy, while in the second you can configure the background of your image show.

The Shape Enhacements section
Encloses the image show in a border composed of two elements – the actual border and the padding border. You can modify the padding and border thicknesses, the border opacity and the border color.

Image Border configuration panel
Applies the shadow effect to the image show. You can configure different attributes of the shadow: its size using “Shadow Quality” and “Distance”, the light diffusion with the blurring parameter, its color and opacity and the position of the light source as well. The “Angle” parameter controls the angle of the light source with respect to the object (the original image); for instance, for a value of 90 (degrees), the light will come from above.

Shadow configuration panel
This effect adds round corners to the image show in a very customizable way; the corner size can be modified from the first parameter and as well, all the four corners are independent of each other and can be added by enabling the corresponding check-box in the configuration panel.

This effect acts like a glass-like mask applied on the image and creates a shiny and light-reflective visual aspect. The following options are available: StraightCut Top Half, StraightCut Low Half, BillShaped Top Half, BillShaped Low Half, Scooped Top, Scooped Bottom; the difference between them is the shape of the mask. The “Intensity” parameter controls how strong the effect will be, while the "Glass Percentage" refers to the size of the glass, starting from the top of the image (for a Gloss End of 50%, the glass will start at the top of the image and will and at the half of it). The Padding option controls the distance between the glass and the image sides, on the inside.

In the Background section the first option you can modify is the color of the image show's background; this is done either by selecting a color from the available color manager, or by inserting the hexadecimal code in the adjacent text field. If you would prefer to have an image as a background (instead of color), write or browse the path to it in the corresponding text field. In order to modify the transparency of the background (image or color), insert a value between 1 and 100 in the text value next to the “Opacity” parameter.
