Hi Mike, Yes, our products are browser compliant. Creative Slide Show is no longer offered for sale, but we still offer support for the existing customers. At the moment there is no other product to take it's place, but soon we will come up with a significantly improved product. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reply to this post. Best regards, Horea RADU. |

I have 10 layers that I need to fade in and out as in a slide show. I have them one on top of another starting with 1 at the bottom. I've staggered the wait time and duration by 30 seconds on each layer (30 &60, 60 & 90 and so on). I'm only seeing the top layer or two when I play it. How would I lay out these layers? |

Worked it out. Now, how do I combine moviefx with layers with motion tweens? |

Hello, Ben Regarding you first question I am glad that you resolved the issue. To prevent this for happening in the future I suggest you to “Check the checkbox labeled “Start Hidden. This means that the targeted Flash MovieClip will be hidden during the “wait period. You can combine timeline animation very easy with Creative MovieFX. Any Imported animations from external software (ex: 3D software, animation software, etc) or other animations created with Flash, can be controled with Creative MovieFX . This can be achived using the “Frame effect from the “Custom category. You can send us the *.fla with the issue at support(at)extendstudio(dot)com. Regards, Catalin Serban |

When I test my movie only the bottom right hand corner of the clip is having the effect applied - at the end of the effect the rest of the clip displays. Is there a setting or resolution I should be adjusting on my movie clip PS I'm using Flash 8 professional Jenn |

Hello Jenifer, In order the effects to work correctly you have to place the contents of the MovieClip, on which you had applied an effects, at the “X:0, Y:0 position. To do this fast you can use the “Align panel and click on the “Align Left Edge and “ Align Top Edge ( highlighted with yellow in the picture below) pr you can set the X and Y from the Propertied Tab. More about this can be found in HELP panel under Creative MovieFX. If this doesn’t solve your issue you can send us the .FLA file at support (at) extendstudio (dot) com. Catalin |

I have flash 8 as well as flash CS3 installed on my machine. I am trying to install Creative Movie StudioFX into CS3 with no luck. Also, are there any instructions for this program, or hints of any kind? |

Hi Edgar, Everything you need to know about adding actions to your buttons can be found in the documentation. Go to Flash Help Panel (please make sure that you have All Books selected), at there you will find a Help BOOK with your product name in it. Cheers, Catalin Serban |

I have just bought extend drop down menu. When i installed it, it worked okay but when i try to edit a menu, it detects the menu but nothing comes up in the codebox on the fist page. Also, when I go to preview, I get the following: "While executing onClick in xtd_CM_CreateMenu.htm, a javascript error occurred." I have already deleted the configuration file in dreamweavers application data, uninstalled all my extensions and re-installed. I still have the same problem. I have written a few emails to extend studio for advice but have not received a reply. My request is very simple - HELP me or give me a refund Thanks |

Hello Chris, We did receive a message from you about a javascript error, but after that (during the same day) we received another message saying you were not having the problem any more. That is why you did not receive a reply from us. Also, your order for Creative DW Drop Down Menu dates from 09/21/2007. Did the extension work fine until now? Or did you not install it until now? Could you, please, tell me what operating system and what version of Dreamweaver you are using? Also, please download the latest version of the extension (we just released version 1.1.0 that contains some new features, improvements and fixes). You can download it by logging into your extendstudio.com account and using the download link in the Account -> My Products page. Upon installing the new version, the extension may ask for your serial number again. Before validating you will have to reset your serial number. You can do this by using the Reset link in the Account -> My Products page after logging into your extendstudio.com account. Please send me the requested information along with a screenshot of the error at support[AT]extendstudio[DOT]com and I will assist you. Best regards, Horea RADU, Extend Studio. |

I had the same issue re the javascript error (same error). After *hours* of trying to debug it I finally found that at least 3 out of the 4 products I'd downloaded were corrupt. I downloaded them directly from the Extend site and they finally installed correctly. Actually just had the same thing occur with the updated MovieFX download. Took me 3 tries to get a clean, uncorrupted download. For what it's worth. |

Hi again, I sent a message to say it was okay but within minutes sent another to say it wasn't. It was the first time that I got the opportunity to use it and I was trying to demonstrate the options to a client. As you might imagine, it didn't go too well and I ended up using something else. My point is that I get two javascript errors when I try to preview. However, when I first go in to a fresh site, if I open it, it works. I can see the example menu on the first page. However, if I close and then try to edit, the problem occurs. Clicking the edit menu button brings up the box to select the menu, then when you open up the main interface, there is no menu and when you preview, you get the javaScript errors. If i then add a menu to the blank space and try prieview, the same problem happens. My OS is windows XP and DW8 Look, don't get me wrong, I like this extension, I just want it to work without hassles |

Hi Chris, I'm happy we were able to fix this after the VNC session. The fix will be included in the package on the website in a day or two. Best regards, Horea. |

Hi, I have your Extend Studio menus for Dreamweaver. I am using it with Dreamweaver CS3. I have created an Extend Studio menu. I placed it on a blank HTML page called test.html. After setting my global security settings panel, I tested the test.html and the menu works perfectly. But, then I copied and pasted all of the menu code (including the swfobject.js and the menuDisplay.js scripts, which were placed in the header) into another html page that had been previously created. Both the index.html and the test.html are in the same directory. Now, on the index.html page there are no buttons. The only thing I can see is a missing graphic “x and an outline of the menu box where the menu would be. It appears to be in the right location if I could only see it. I can still view the menu on the test.html page… but, I can not see it on the index.html page. Please help. Note: In addition to the [] script there is one other [ |
