Hello Ron, Our products are packaged in ZIP Archives. The message “corrupted appears when the archive is bad or when the user tries to extract the ZIP archive with an old or inappropriate archive extractor. We tested our archives with the latest version of WinZIP and it was OK. You can download WinZIP from http://www.winzip.com/downwz.htm If this will not solve your problem we will send you Extend Tweening Engine in another archive format. Best Regards, Catalin Serban |

I have tried Windows extract alland WinZip 7 and they both report similar issues. Really don't want to download a program that I have to pay for or remove. File should be a standard Zip file, I have never had an issue with a zip file that required a proprietary zip engine before. Thanks, |

Hello Ron, The only that this can happen is to have a problem with the extractor or windows itself (I encountered once a problem like caused by a virus) . In order to help you please write us at support (@) extendstudio (dot) and tell us what products do you want and we will send them via email in another format. Regards, Catalin Serban |
