Because it uses a Flash like user interface it feels like it is totally integrated with Flash. The Flash component is designed to be compliant with our Plug & Play standard so the learning curve is almost instant.

There is no need to define the targeted movie clip where the effect is being applied on, this is done automatically by the component, with a simple Drag & Drop procedure over the movie clip.

Duration of the effect and the moment when you start the animation are entirely up to you.

Every effect can be started or reversed with just a mouse click so now is easy to create professional Flash effects.

If you have other timeline animations imported from external software (ex: 3D software, animation software, etc) or other animations created with Flash, you can easily control them with Creative MovieFX. Start, stop or reverse are now possible with just a few mouse clicks. Also it's possible to control via ActionScript with the methods and events provided by the component.

Every effect comes with options that have default values so is ready to be used instantly.
Also the options can be set easily, through the user interface, in order to obtain the desired effect. Here are a few options found on different effects: wait, behavior, angle, alpha, direction, offset duration, and others.

There are over 70 effects to choose from: mask effects, color effects, fade effects, slice effects and many more.

This is a special kind of effect, a powerful feature that gives you the ability to create, with just a few simple mouse clicks your own custom effect.

The component is “timeline free”. It doesn't add anything to your timeline or stage, this way you can organize other animations or objects easily.

Every time you customize an effect or create your own effect you can save them as a preset and reuse them at a later time.

We created the component having efficiency in mind. Creative MovieFX has a smart system that adds to your flash project only the effects being used; in doing so it keeps the file size lightweight.

At Extend we know how it feels to need an answer fast; because of this we have implemented an additional help system. The contextual help system gives you answers when you need them just by hover the mouse over the controls.

We understand that your time is precious and that sometimes you don't want to interrupt your workflow and, as a result we have implemented an “Instant Contact� feature in our components. Now you can get in contact with us directly from Flash!

This is a powerful extra feature. It gives users the power to control the animations not only visually, but also through ActionScript. The component uses AS2 and its methods, events and properties which empower the user to fully control the animations from ActionScript.
