Extending the custom skin

This tutorial extends the tutorial adding the arrow skin element

1. This will be the result of our work that wishes to add few design tricks to the "cloudy" skin discussed previously:

2. Submenu Arrow :

- Draw a rectangle, using the rectangle tool :

- Transform the shape into an arrow by holding the mouse button pressed and dragging the left lower corner on a diagonal path:

- convert lines to fills:

- Use the transform tool to rotate the arrow:

- then scale as you wish until the size is optimal for your design

- convert it to movie clip naming it according to the Naming Rules and export it for Action Script:

Test your project to see the progress made:

3. your library would have to look similar to the one in the picture bellow:

As you can see in few easy steps we've managed to create a custom skin that is functional and easy to integrate as design.
